1) Do we have Catalogs? 
No.  Our only catalog is this website.


2) How can I place my order?

3) What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept checks and money orders.  We don’t offer C.O.D. terms. All  orders require payment in full at the time the order is placed, unless the piece is being back-ordered.  In that case we require half the price of the piece at the time the piece is ordered, and the remainder due as soon as the piece arrives at our warehouse for shipment to you.


4) What is our Delivery Policy?

For smaller chests we use UPS.  For large deliveries we have blanket wray shippers.

All shipments are F.O.B. Lake Worth, Florida or High Point, North Carolina, at our discretion. Delivery costs are your responsibility.  We will work with you to find a reliable carrier.   If goods arrive damaged, please contact the carrier immediately.  We do not accept returns. 

For international delivery, please contact us to work out details.

6) How do your prices compare to everyone else?

We have the lowest prices we have seen in the United States. Please contact us before you purchase a similar chest elsewhere. You will be happy that you did.
